David and Bill took he Linfeild College Football Coaches on a trip for Colony High School's pre season football camp.  The first day the salmon fishing was good at the mouth of fish creek but the pike fishing was slower then normal.  Today the Pike fishing was excellent with one coach landing a 40 inch pike right in front of Bill's Cabin on a bobber and bait.  The salmon fishing was also very good at the mouth of fish creek with large numbers of reds and pinks jumping thought the length of the slough.  We also caught some very large whitefish just for kicks on eggs.  It was an excellent trip. GO COLONY KNIGHTS!  The fishing at both areas will continue to build and either the little su or the pike camp will provide excellent fishing for the rest of our season before we head back to school, call for an opening and get your day on the water!
