Our area is extremely productive with many trips catching over 100 fish. Last year was great year for large pike. Four pike were landed in the twenty pound class and over 20 between 15 and 20 pounds! We fish in a series of lakes off the Yentna River in a private and remote setting. The lake is beautiful, quiet and best of all full of fish! To get to these lakes, we travel on two of Alaska's major rivers. Along the way we often see numerous examples of wildlife including moose, bear, seals, eagles, and many others.

Trophy Catch offers this adventure two ways. The first is a full day trip leaving at around 6:00am. The trip takes about two hours along the scenic Yetna and Susitna Rivers. We fish about 7 hours and return to the launch site by 6:00pm. This is great day trip with wildlife viewing opportunities, secluded remote location, and excellent fishing.

Our second option is to spend the night at our pike camp on the lake, Trophy Catch Charters owns a cabin with 300 feet of lake frontage on the upper lake. On this trip you will enjoy excellent fishing late into the evening, a cabin stay in one of the most beautiful areas of Alaska, and awesome morning fishing. We stay until about 11:00am the second day and return to the launch by 2:00pm. We are always here to serve you.
